Please check your playback settings in Windows.

Follow these steps to check your playback settings.

1. Click on the Start menu, type 'sound'. You should be able to select your sound configuration control panel.
2. There should be a playback device selected that has a green checkmark on it - that is you default playback.
3. Click on the 'Configure' button
4. Make sure you have Stereo selected for a configuration. MySpeed cannot work with Surround sound, 5.1, etc
5. Close the configuration dialog
6. Right click Playback device and choose 'Properties'
7. Click on the Advanced tab on the Properties dialog
8. Make sure your Default sound format is '16bit, 44100 (CD quality)'
