Please check your playback settings in Windows.
Follow these steps to check your playback settings.
- Click on the Start menu, type 'sound'. You should be able to select your sound configuration control panel.
- There should be a playback device selected that has a green checkmark on it - that is you default playback.
- Click on the 'Configure' button
- Make sure you have Stereo selected for a configuration. MySpeed cannot work with Surround sound, 5.1, etc
- Close the configuration dialog
- Right click Playback device and choose 'Properties'
- Click on the Advanced tab on the Properties dialog
- Make sure your Default sound format is '16bit, 44100 (CD quality)'
