MySpeed is not compatible with the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer.  The solution is to simply run the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.  You can select the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer from the start menu by following these instructions. 

1. Click the Start menu button
2. In the Search box at the bottom, type "Internet Explorer" (without the quotes). 
3. Select the IE without the (64-bit) after the name.

You might also want to make a short cut on your desktop or in the task bar to the 32-bit IE or pin the 32-bit version icon to your Start menu by right-clicking on the 32-bit version icon.
